Our one bedroom offering is located at 229 W. 10th St. in Jacksonville, FL. Our two bedroom offering is located at 230 Cottage Ave. which parallels the one bedroom apartment. Garages for both apartments are at the 230 Cottage Ave location. This area is known as the Springfield neighborhood.
For the business or medical professional, our apartments are walking or biking distance to the Florida Proton Therapy Institute (3 blocks), UF/Shands (3 blocks), and the Jacksonville business district (1 mile). Baptist Memorial Hospital and other medical centers are only a few minutes drive.
For the Florida vacationer, the Jacksonville area is home to many recreational activities. PGA tour golf courses, beaches, museums and a variety of dining experiences are a short drive away. Alltel Stadium (home of the Jaguars), Prime Osborn Convention Center and downtown Jacksonville are all nearby. One can walk to many venues, such as the Jacksonville Landing, the Times-Union Concert Theatre and the Florida Theatre.
